Founder & Director
“Education must help people sculpt their own destiny and lead a meaningful life with dignity, hope and purpose.”
The Dale View grew from C. Christu Das’s determination to respond to the difficult conditions experienced by rural communities. His vision placed education at the centre of social transformation—an instrument for freedom, opportunity and lasting change.
That founder-led philosophy continues to guide the college: professional excellence must remain connected to compassion, community participation and the courage to address real human needs.
